You are purchasing the right to display an image, title, and hyperlink in a specific block of pixels on the Million Pixel Homepage (the "Site") for $1 USD per pixel, with a minimum block of 10×10 pixels ($100). Your block stays on the homepage indefinitely, subject to these Terms.
Every purchase is reviewed by a human moderator before it appears on the Site — usually within 24 hours. We may reject any purchase that violates our Content Guidelines. If your purchase is rejected during review, you will be refunded in full via your original payment method.
Pixel sales are final and non-refundable, except: (a) your purchase is rejected during moderation review, in which case you are refunded automatically; or (b) we remove your block in error, in which case we will restore it or refund you at our discretion.
By purchasing pixels and submitting content, you warrant that:
The following are never allowed on the grid: illegal content; hateful or harassing material; sexually explicit content; content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights; deceptive or fraudulent content; and anything that promotes violence or wrongdoing. See the Content Guidelines for plain-English rules.
If your block is found to violate these Terms or the Content Guidelines after going live — including bad-faith violations such as infringing uploads or scam links — we may remove it immediately and without refund. We log the reason for every removal.
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, follow the process on our DMCA / Copyright Policy page. We maintain a repeat-infringer policy: accounts or buyers who repeatedly post infringing content are permanently banned from purchasing.
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep the grid online and accurate, but we are not liable for downtime, display errors, or the content of third-party sites linked from pixels. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your pixels.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
