Content Guidelines

Plain-English rules for the grid. Last updated: October 2026

Every purchase is reviewed by a human before it goes live. Here's what gets approved — and what gets your purchase rejected and refunded, or your live block removed.

✅ Always fine

Your business logo, product art, or personal artwork
Links to your website, shop, portfolio, or social profiles
Fun, weird, retro internet art — the spirit of the original 2005 page
Text-based blocks, patterns, memes you created

🚫 Never allowed

Illegal content — anything unlawful where you or we operate.
Hate or harassment — attacks on people based on race, gender, religion, orientation, disability, or similar.
Sexually explicit content — this is a public, all-ages page.
Stolen work — images, logos, or art you don't own or have no license for. Fan art of someone else's characters counts as theirs, not yours.
Scams and deception — phishing links, fake giveaways, malware, or anything designed to trick visitors.
Impersonation — pretending to be a brand, person, or organization you aren't.

⚠️ Gray areas (we decide)

Parody and commentary — usually fine, but don't use it as a cover for harassment.
Edgy humor — if a reasonable person would call it hateful or explicit, it won't pass.
Crypto / financial promotions — allowed if honest; "guaranteed returns" style claims are not.

What happens if you break the rules

Before going live: rejected at review, refunded in full.
After going live: removed, and the reason logged. Honest mistakes get a refund; bad-faith violations (infringement, scams) may be removed without refund — see the Terms of Service.
